Le Bouchon Function Packages

Le Bouchon Brasserie & Hotel is a grade II, 300-year-old Georgian building which has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme restoring the building to its former glory, to create an intimate and elegant ambience within this wonderful building, combining some of the original period features with furnishings and classically styled decoration that complements the building and our boutique individually styled hotel rooms, and our menus prepared by our Michelin trained chefs creates the perfect package for your special occasion.
 


Our Georgian Dining Room can seat up to 17 guests.

Our Orangery can seat up to 36 guests.


Total venue hire (including main restaurant) up to 100 guests

The hotel’s motor launch is also available for you and your guests, from our private mooring, which is adjacent to the car park, which can take up to 12 guests on a one hour trip.

We also offer afternoon tea on the river as well as cocktail and canapés on the river for you and your guests to enjoy.

Our Terms and Conditions

A drinks package and three or four course meal must be chosen at least 1 calendar month prior to your event
When not choosing from a drinks package, a hire charge for your chosen dining room will apply
A full pre-order is required a minimum of 2 weeks before your event date
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per head will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation
Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event date, we cannot accept cheques or BACS payments on the event date, but these can be accepted 5 working days prior
A 10% service charge will be added to your bill for the benefit of the serving & all other staff. All of the service charge here at Le Bouchon is distributed fairly between all staff

All prices include 20% VAT

Our allergen information can be obtained from a member of our staff. Many of our dishes will be altered to suit dietary requirements. Due to ingredients used in house, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from any allergens

We do ask for the full name, address and landline number of the organizer for security reasons
A debit/credit card is required should you wish to run a bar tab
