Starters

Bubble and squeak soup, crispy bacon, cabbage, truffle oil.
Smoked salmon terrine, carraway bread, rocket & lemon.
Salad of Morteux sausage, herbed lentils de Puy, sherry vinegar mustard dressing.
Soft poached duck egg, brioche croute, confit onion, sautéed mushrooms, red wine mushroom jus.
Pan fried scallops, ginger buttered savoy, orange and cardamon butter (£2.50 supplement).

 

Mains

Roast Essex white turkey, sage, lemon and chestnut stuffing, trimmings, duck fat roast potatoes, brussels, smashed swede and carrot.
Rump of Lamb, sauté of carrot and cabbage, Colcannon potato, spring onion and mint jus.
Pithivier of celeriac, parsnip, chestnut and cavelo Nero, mushroom jus.
Daube of beef, braised carrot, Paris mash.
Fillet of herb crusted stone bass, creamed cabbage, sauce lie de vin.
Escalope of salmon, crushed potato, spinach, gravalax dill cream, fried capers.
