Starters

Parmesan and truffle gnocchi, roast leeks, white onion, and Parmesan foam.
Smoked haddock and mustard chowder, tartare beignets.
Maldon salt cured salmon beetroot and dill terrine, horseradish Chantilly.
Lobster, prawn and warm potato salad, gem lettuce, tomato, and lemon mayonnaise.
Roast Squab pigeon, shallot Tatin and herbed lentils.

 

Main courses

Traditional roast turkey, duck fat roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, pigs in blankets, stuffing, peppered swede, and carrots.
Fillet of beef, thyme, and truffle rosti, spinach and Bordelaise sauce.
Mouginoise crusted halibut, roast salsify, girolles, Sauternes sauce.
Roast duck breast, confit celeriac, creamed savoy, smoked bacon jus.
Pithivier of parsnip, celeriac and chestnut, truffled lentils and spinach, red wine mushroom jus.
