Supreme of cod, cauliflower cheese crust, braised leek, smoked bacon jus.
Glazed confit of pork, lentil du puy, savoy cabbage, grain mustard roasting jus.
Butter roast pheasant, croquette of leg, braised gem lettuce & petite pois, jus gras.
Dijon butter crusted Rump of welsh lamb, colcannon potato, roast shallots.
