Fondue Savoyarde

Tartiflette
Slices of Boiled potatoes and Cripsy smoked bacon gratin covered in a rich Reblochon cheese and Onion sauce . Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Pierrade de Boeuf
Slices of Beef sirloin marinated in garlic and rosemary served alongside a Hot Stone. This do it yourself dish is a favourite on the slopes this time of year served with Bearnaise, Choron and Blue Cheese Sauce and a side of Pommes Pont Neuf .
