Fondue Savoyarde
Pot of melted Emmental, Gruyere and Reblochon cheese slowly cooked with onion and white wine, served with side of Boiled Potatoes , and Pain de campagne croutons .Great to share. Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider
Tartiflette
Slices of Boiled potatoes and Cripsy smoked bacon gratin covered in a rich Reblochon cheese and Onion sauce . Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider
Pierrade de Boeuf
Slices of Beef sirloin marinated in garlic and rosemary served alongside a Hot Stone. This do it yourself dish is a favourite on the slopes this time of year served with Bearnaise, Choron and Blue Cheese Sauce and a side of Pommes Pont Neuf . Choice of ½ bottle of Roussette de Savoie, 2pints of Krownenbourg, 2 Bulmers cider

Prawns Marinated in garlic and rosemary served alongside a Hot Stone.
