Le Bouchon Breton the brainchild of restaurateur and ex money broker Ian Stoppani. Le Breton is the second restaurant to be opened under Le Bouchon colours and is the big sister to Le Bouchon Bordelais in Clapham.

In 2006 Fred joined the team at Le Bouchon Bordelais as a director and Operations Manager of Battersea’s best loved French brasserie where he has spent the last 2 years increasing sales and developing staff training and branding. Frederic heads up the team at Le Bouchon Breton and yet again will use his vital experience in the Industry to ensure this impressive operation runs smoothly from day one.
